Smoke ‘em if you got ‘em

I planted my first garden in 2022. And to my (elated) surprise, I ended up with more roma tomatoes than my family knew what to do with.

So the next year, I decided to do something different. I fired up the Traeger, smoked the tomatoes, added some jalapenos, onions, and a little garlic, and made a jar of homemade salsa.

Pretty soon, friends demanded it at cookouts. Family wanted jars for Christmas. Now, the whole neighborhood is in on the secret and I’m excited to share it with you.
